...Less Taken

On June 5, 2011, I was invited to view the Drive Dance Centre Scholarship 2011 graduating group's year end show.  I was very moved by the wisdom and passion shared by each emerging dancer.  What most moved me at the show was finding out about each person's journey on the path less taken ... what they had discovered and learned about themselves through the two year program.

A process and the experience

Thank you to photographer Julia Kozlov and dance artist Linda Arkelian for this shoot with dancers Marcelle Lemos and Thiago Fayad.  I had the benefit of seeing their creative process at work and the opportunity to participate to photograph beautiful dancers Marcelle and Thiago.  Here are some unedited photographs of memories I will cherish with me.
